Salmon has been with the club for a number of years, coaching a youth team side and managing their transitional year into adult football. Salmon had a successful season with the B team last year finishing third in the Great Yarmouth Borough League. Due to this success he has been rewarded with a promotion to the Reserves, and will be a great asset to the club with his ability to develop new youth talents.
