Caister Reserves Play in the Anglian Combination 3rd Division after 3 consecutive promotions. Last season the Reserves finished a very respectable 6th place in division 3, as their main aim was to assist the 1st teams promotion to senior football. This was achieved, therfore seen as a successful season for the club.
During the off season the club has gone through a few changes. New managers have been appointed for both the 1st team and the reserves. Adam Mason has been promoted to 1st team assistant manager, due to his massive impact of the running of the club, and due to work committments making him unavailable week in week out. With Ian Green coming in as 1st team manager.
The reserves have two new faces in David Crane and Paul Salmon. Crane was aplayer with both the reserves and the 1st team last season, and with his education within Sport he is welcomed as Adam Mason's successor. Paul Salmon will Assist Crane with the reserves, after a succesful season managing the B team, where many youth team players had a good transitional season into adult football. Salmon will be looking to push some of these players on into Anglian Combination Football.
