Caister lost 1-3 to Thorpe Rovers in game they never really got started in. With the 1st team having no game Manager Adam Mason was able to name his strongest side of the season. But despite Caister's obvious quality Thorpe had more desire and earnt their victory.

Thorpe were 1-0 up at half time after converting a penalty.
In the 2nd half Nicky Crawley had a 1 on 1 situation well saved by the Thorpe keeper. Then Thorpe dealt Caister a sucker punch when a speculative long range effort lobbed the retreating Hollis. Thorpe added a third as Caister somewhat crumbled in the final minutes. Colin Jarvis converted a consolation penalty after Johnson was upended but that was to be the final act of the game.
